Challenge Shiseido wanted to become more personalized with their email sends, but as a small team, didn't have the resources to create more than 5 email creatives. Solution Shiseido/CPB is personalizing daily email using banners tailored to the product preferences of each persona. This is a nice shortcut for retailers who don't have full dynamic content capabilities but would still like to try personalization. Results Cle de Peau Beaute saw 10% li! in conversion and 23% li! in revenue per recipient in test vs. control One of Shiseido's email's for personas likely to purchase skincare.
