Ingrid Cordy, VP of E-Commerce at e.l.f. joins Custora CEO Corey Pierson for a fireside chat to discuss the power of customer-centric insights when building a brand that has turned the marketing paradigm on its head. Using behavioral insights and segmentation strategies, e.l.f. was able to make good on their mission of doing away with persona-based marketing in order to literally serve every eye, lip, and face.
